Jenny is the newest provider of the Alpenglow Pain and Wellness team. Jenny is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant and member of both the Alaska Academy of Physician Assistants & American Academy of Physician Assistants with over 10 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in the Anchorage area in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Orthopedics, and Occupational Health.
She brings to the practice a strong passion and focuses in Women's Health, Mental Health, Musculoskeletal Injury Management, and diet/exercise/weight management. Jenny graduated with her Bachelor's in Clinical Health Services from the University of Washington MEDEX, Summa Cum Laude, and has practiced in Alaska her entire Physician Assistant career. Jenny is highly dedicated to providing thorough and compassionate care, focusing on the whole person, mind, and body, of all her patients. Jenny is able to perform procedures such as trigger point injections, and steroid joint injections, and has experience in the management and treatment of migraine headaches, arthritis, and degenerative disc disease of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Jenny believes in healthy lifestyle choices and encourages this attitude with her patients.
On her free time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family as well as hiking, running, gardening, reading and traveling. Jenny is highly motivated and determined to help patients feel and live the best life they possibly can, through active involvement in treatment plans and educational awareness of their specific medical conditions.
