Meet Cat Fletcher, LMT

Born and raised here in beautiful Alaska, our Licensed Massage Therapist, Cat Fletcher, has a passion for whole-body health and wellness. Cat believes that everybody deserves to feel its best.

Cat graduated from Denver Integrated Massage School in 2018 where she focused on Thai Yoga Massage as well as traditional massage. Cat also studied Swedish styles, deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobility, cupping, and hot stone therapies while attending school. Since then, Cat has taken many continuing education classes in advanced neck and shoulder, prenatal, and advanced PSOAS release techniques and gained more certifications focusing mostly on the Oriental five elements healing practice and Reiki. Cat is also currently working towards her aesthetician license.

Cat believes in blending multiple modalities into each session to provide the best service possible for each individual. Her sessions often include deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active and passive stretching, and Swedish techniques. Cat has had the privilege of working in clinical and spa environments to incorporate the different massage techniques she possesses.

In her free time, Cat can be found outside with her two goldendoodles, Juniper and Goose. She also travels the world and considers one of her greatest achievements to be a 300-mile solo trek in the Himalayas of Nepal. Take care of your body and it can take you anywhere.
