I'd give 1/2 star for Dr. Renk if I could.
She didn't even both to read my whole file before deciding her diagnosis and that I was a "difficult" patient.
Having worked with more than 1 Doctor at Alpenglow now over the course of 3 years, I can honestly say that I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. I tell any of my low-income friends to just go somewhere else.
Too much money seems to have been spent on office appearance (that's a custom purple countertop for example) and no where near enough on patient care and resources. Dr. Renk would rather walk out on a patient with questions and concerns than be present with her Patients.
I as the patient:
I am pretty well versed in medical terminology (doctor speak), know how to navigate various clinic, hospital and outpatient settings. I am used to dealing with front desks not being great, but the providers are or the other way around.
I have multiple health conditions, first surgery was at the age of 23 yrs old for example.
I am educated, knowledgeable and know how to have hard conversations. I have multiple specialist that I have excellent working relationships with, some over 10 yrs.
I also know when I am being dismissed and treated like trash, simply because of my current socioeconomic status and available insurance.
This clinic has lost all value and respect after my final experience with them in early 2023. Consumer be Aware.

I'm an odd duck when it comes to pain management. I am unable to take most forms of opioid and breakthrough pain medications. So, much of my management has to come through procedures like injections. However, I am also terribly allergic to local anesthetics. Dr. Renk has been willing to provide me with these procedures and follow my wishes for receiving no form of local anesthetic or pain interventions for them. I know it must be nerve wracking, but her level of skill is unparalelled in my experience. I have received multiple treatments, and the pain involved was truly minimal with a fast recovery. It is a blessing to have such a skilled provider on hand, and makes real pain management a possibility for a patient even as difficult as me!

I must say, no-one likes to deal with pain. I was referred to Alpenglow by my Physical Therapist Brooke Lewis. She is amazing and for me, made the right call. I had my first appt with Dr Calor, and she was very personal and professional and I must say, very thorough on diagnosing my situation. Let me back up and say the entire staff was amazing, the facility is among the cleanest, nicest facilities I have visited. I was 100% against using narcotics or regular pain pill management as an option. My first of four procedures went exactly as Dr Calor said, that impressed me. I would without doubt recommend them, if you are ever in a situation where Pain Management is needed.

Dr. Renk, Jenny, and all of her staff are nothing short of phenomenal. I have nothing but wonderful experiences at Alpenglow Pain and Wellness. I am a regular here and have a pretty severe case of hEDS so I go in frequently for injections and medication refills. From the time I walk in the time I walk into the door I am greeted with smiles and hugs (Kaidyn! :) They treat you like family and are quick to get you in and answer questions and calls. Dr. Renk is SOO smart. She truly understands the challenges of managing pain with EDS having it herself. She brings a plethora of options to the table. From supplements to injections to pharmaceuticals and sees the big picture inclusive of the patient's history. I 10/10 recommend Alpenglow!

Dr.Calor is the most amazing doctor I have ever had! She is kind, patient and understanding. She makes you feel heard. I have a rare disease and so far have had 32 surgeries, and she’s taken it upon her self to learn about what I have and work with my surgeon in Colorado. She is empathetic and understanding, and truly cares for you as a person. I would 100% recommend her to anybody. You would be lucky to have a doctor like Dr. Calor in your corner and in your life!

Nothing but top notch care. Jennifer always knows how to identify and provide a solution for my pain issues. I am 100% disabled vet and am very pleased, satisfied, and honored with such the perfect providers. Dr Renk is the best. Whenever I need any type of injection she is and has always been the best. She knows how to relax my anxiety and calm my pain by providing injections in the right spots at the right time. A big thank you for all your assistance.

I am so blessed to have found these highly trained,talented,compassionate, and professional men and women!!! Dr. Renk and her staff are the best and angels sent to help me through my pain. Alpenglow is my home away from home! I can feel the warmth and caring the minute I step through the door! They have listened when I needed a shoulder to cry on and wiped the tears when I was overcome with pain. I believe they are more than a pain management clinic, I think they really do examine and help you with all your issues. Thank you Dr. Renk, Dr. Calor, and Dr. Davies, and all the wonderful staff for being there for me.

Amazing team. The receptionists, nurses, and Dr. Renk all of them are caring and professional. I'm blessed that I was referred to them. My only regret is not learning of Alpenglow sooner! It has been a life-changing place for me.

Dr. Calor was extremely kind and very patient while working with me as I have severe chronic pain disorders. She and the staff were more than willing to work with me to make sure that I was in as little pain as possible while I was there being evaluated. That type of courtesy towards pain patients isn’t something that I have experienced a lot of, so I was very grateful to them.
I was also impressed with the friendliness of the front desk staff and the offices are very comfortable.

Dr. Calor was genuine and compassionate. She listened to my concerns and even modified her treatment plan to accommodate my needs, unlike other's that go through repetitive routine protocols. I will be recommending my own patients to her and to this clinic as the staff was amazing. Thank you for such comprehensive and compassionate care!
