Tier 1 Membership
NAD+ 50 mg Membership
$140 per month
Includes up to four 50 mg NAD+ injections per month (200 mg total).
Trade options:
• Trade one NAD+ injection for one vitamin injection (B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, or Glutathione)
• Trade four NAD+ injections for one NAD+ 250 mg infusion
Tier 2 Membership

$280 per month
Includes up to four 100 mg NAD+ injections per month (400 mg total).
Trade options:
• Trade one NAD+ injection for two vitamin injections
• Trade two NAD+ injections for one NAD+ 250 mg infusion
Membership policies:
• Two-month minimum commitment
• Two-month written notice required for cancellation
• Unused injections do not roll over to the next month

Wellness injections and infusions are provided only after evaluation and an order by a provider at Alpenglow Pain & Wellness. These services are available only to established patients, allowing our clinical team to review medical history, medications, and potential risk factors to ensure patient safety and clinical appropriateness.
Patients are encouraged to call the clinic to schedule wellness injection and infusion visits in advance to ensure availability. While some injections may be available the same day depending on clinic capacity, availability can vary.
IV infusions are never available as walk-in services and must always be scheduled in advance.
